For standard verification, you'll need a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement from the last 3 months), and a selfie for facial verification. Advanced verification levels may require additional documents.

If you notice any suspicious activity, immediately lock your account by clicking the "Lock Account" button in your security settings. Then contact our support team through the secure messaging system. Do not use email for security-related communications. We recommend changing your password and reviewing recent activities on your account.

To buy cryptocurrency, log into your account, click on the "Buy" button, select the cryptocurrency you want to purchase, enter the amount, and choose your payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or existing crypto balance). Review the transaction details and confirm. The purchased crypto will be added to your wallet immediately.

Trading limits vary based on your verification level, account history, and subscription plan. New users typically start with a $5,000 daily purchase limit. Pro plan users can trade up to 00,000 daily, while Enterprise plans have customizable limits. You can view your current limits in the Account Settings section.

Internal transfers between CryptoVault users are instant. For external transactions, processing times depend on the blockchain network's congestion and the cryptocurrency you're transferring. Bitcoin transactions typically take 10-60 minutes, Ethereum 30 seconds to 5 minutes, and stablecoins 1-5 minutes.
